All guests will receive a confirmation email at the point of booking.  Detailed check-in instructions will be sent 3 days prior and the morning of arrival.  These instructions will contain your personal access code that will be active on the front door and your room door.

Early check-in and late check-out can only be approved on a same day basis.

No pets, no exceptions.

Payment is collected at confirmation.  Our refund policy can vary by booking channel, but as a default, we offer 100% refund outside of 14 days from check-in and 50% refund 7-13 days from check-in.

All parking in Ocean Grove is FREE and ON STREET.  Peak times of the day during peak season, it can be difficult to find parking.

Beach badges are required on weekends, starting late May.  MDW – LDW beach badges are required EVERYDAY.  We offer discounted Daily Beach Badges, by pre-order, for any of our guests.  They are $7/day and will be collected by a badge checker at the beach access point.

We do not offer luggage storage.  If there is a medical related or extenuating circumstance, please message us to request an exception.

Kitchenware – Disposable plates, utensils, etc. are available in the first-floor lobby.

Entertainment & Connectivity – Complementary 1000/1000 mbps fios internet & Hulu live is provided for all guests.  You can also login to any personal subscriptions.

Food & Beverage – We do NOT serve any food.  We do have a complementary coffee bar and water / ice machine in the first-floor lobby.

Beach Gear – We do NOT provide any beach gear.

Restrictions – We do not allow infants under 1 year of age.
