Cancellation Policy

For stays under 28 days:

  • To receive a full refund, the guest must cancel 14 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
  • 0–7 days before check-in: No refund.

For stays longer than 28 nights:

  • Full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
  • After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
